Mother’s Day Celebration at Mahi Center | Journeyscapes with Ludy

 Mother’s Day became even more meaningful as Journeyscapes with Ludy, led by Ludy Vilma Atillo in partnership with Mahi Center, successfully held a two-day celebration dedicated to empowering moms, women, creatives, and families through inspiring talks, self-care activities, entertainment, and genuine connection.  

The celebration began with the “Hot Mama Media Day,” which gathered media moms, content creators, inspiring women, and fur moms in one joyful and welcoming space. The event reminded everyone that while mothers spend so much time caring for others, they also deserve time to care for themselves.

Guests enjoyed skincare and self-care talks from Ms. Ludy, who shared reminders about confidence, wellness, and self-love. One of the highlights was the make-up tutorial by Jessie Glova, who inspired guests to embrace their beauty with simple yet effective beauty tips.

The atmosphere became even more lively with the viral “Hawak Ko Ang Beat” dance craze led by Bernadeth Goyeneche and the energetic ZB Sizzle Club. Guests enjoyed games, raffles, giveaways, and memorable moments together. Everyone also received printed photo souvenirs from JnK Films & Stills to remember the special day.

Day 2 featured the much-awaited Journeyscapes with Ludy Talk Show titled “Mother’s Gift of Giving.” Hosted by Ludy Vilma Atillo, the talk show became a heartfelt space where mothers shared their experiences, sacrifices, and realizations about parenting and family life.

Special guests included Actress and Singer Akiko Solon, Host and DJ Sweet Caroline Balbarino, and Relationship Coach Kristine De Guzman-Deer. Their inspiring stories reminded everyone that there is no perfect way to become a mother — only a loving and genuine one.

After the inspiring discussions, Dove’s Pipe Cebu entertained the audience with live music performances, creating a joyful atmosphere where families, guests, and mall goers gathered to sing, dance, and celebrate together

Adding to the memorable celebration, participating moms received pink carnation flowers handed by family members and by Mahi Center Marketing Head Giovanni Ruiz, making everyone feel appreciated and loved.
